How to book

The first step is to contact us and let us know you would like to join us on a trip or are thinking about it.
Feel free to ask us any questions and we may also have some questions for you.

If the trip is close to full, we can
put a seven-day hold on your place on the trip while you check out flights to avoid missing out.
Flights can become scarce at the height of the season, so make sure you can get to the start point for your trip.

If there’s plenty of availability for
the trip, and you are not ready to decide just yet, we can simply pencil you in.
That way we can keep you posted as the trip fills, and let you know when it’s time to secure your place with a deposit.

Once you are ready to secure your place, you can fill out an online booking form to complete.
You will need to provide us with important details such as your riding and outdoors experience,
and any special diets or health issues.

We will send an invoice for the 20% deposit.

Once we receive your booking form and deposit, your place on the trip is secure and you are ready for action!
The balance is due 60 days prior to departure, or if signing up less than 60 days to departure we require full payment.

Booking conditions
RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ASSUMPTION OF ALL RISKS
I acknowledge that I have voluntarily applied to participate in the trip designated on this application. I am voluntarily participating in the tour with the knowledge that travel to the foreign countries and/or remote areas visited by this trip involves numerous risks and danger including, but not limited to; forces of nature; civil unrest; terrorism; roads, trails, hotels, vehicles, boats or other means of conveyance that are not operated or maintained to standards common in the United States; accident or illness without access to means of rapid evacuation or availability of medical supplies; inadequacy of medical attention once provided; physical exertion for which I am not prepared; consumption of alcoholic beverages; negligence on the part of Imagine Riding Inc., or others. I acknowledge that the enjoyment and excitement of adventure
travel is derived in part from the inherent risks incurred by travel and activity beyond the safety of life at home or work, that these inherent risks contribute to such enjoyment and excitement, and that they are a reason for my voluntary participation.
I HEREBY ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF ILLNESS, EMOTIONAL TRAUMA, INJURY, OR DEATH AND VERIFY THIS STATEMENT BY PLACING MY INITIALS HERE: KNOWING AND VOLUNTARY EXECUTION: I have carefully read and understood the contents of this agreement as well as all the conditions as stated under the heading "Terms and Conditions" including those conditions regarding cancellations and refunds. I am aware this is a release of liability and a legally binding and enforceable contract between Imagine Riding Inc., and myself and I sign it on my IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING; COMPLETION OF A BOOKING FORM OR ACCEPTANCE OF FINAL TOUR DOCUMENTS REPRESENTS
ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS.
If you would like to examine a detailed itinerary specifying land price and list of inclusions for a particular trip prior to booking your trip, we will be happy to email you a copy. When you make your booking you must pay a deposit of 20% of the holiday cost per person. The balance of the price of your travel arrangements must be paid at least 10 weeks
before your departure date. If you cannot come on the trip, let us know at least 8 weeks before the start, and we will refund the cost of the trip, less your deposit. If you can only give us between 4 weeks and 8 weeks notice you will lose 50% of the cost of the trip, and with less than 4 weeks notice we will unfortunately be unable to give a refund.
Cancellations and refunds: Deposit is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE THAT CERTAIN OUTFITTERS HAVE THEIR OWN CANCELLATION POLICES, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IN WRITING IF THESE ARE DIFFERENT FROM IMAGINE RIDING GENERAL POLICIES.
CANCELED TRIP: Imagine Riding Inc., reserves the right to cancel any trip prior to departure for any reason whatever,
including insufficient group sign-up or logistical problems (e.g., acts of God, war, strikes, natural calamities, etc.), currency fluctuation beyond our control, price increase from lodges/hotel etc. The refund of all payments received shall release Imagine Riding Inc., from any further liability. If a trip is canceled due to a force majeure (act of God, labor strike, earthquake, flooding, etc.), Imagine Riding Inc. will promptly refund the portion of the trip cost not advanced to suppliers. Imagine Riding Inc. is not responsible for expenses incurred by trip members in preparing for the trip (e.g. nonrefundable
advance-purchase air tickets, visa fees, equipment, etc.) or for any necessary additional arrangements made by travelers prior to departure date.
Insurance
We strongly recommend that all participants obtain short-term travel insurance covering trip cancellation & interruption. Imagine Riding Inc. assumes no liability regarding lost baggage or provision of medical care.
Covered Expenses
Land prices do not include international airfare, passport and visa fees, immunizations, trip cancellation & interruption insurance, excess baggage charges or other items of a personal nature, additional expenses arising from delay or extension of a trip due to weather, political disputes, sickness, failure of transportation or other causes beyond our reasonable control. Imagine Riding Inc., is not responsible for expenses not specified in the detailed itinerary, such as
additional hotel nights and meals that may be required either en-route, prior to or following a trip when caused by an individual clients' travel arrangements, by airline scheduling or airline schedule changes, canceled flights, missed flight connections, or by factors not under the control of Imagine Riding Inc.
Photos and video
Imagine Riding Inc. reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of their trips and may use such records for
promotional and/or commercial purposes. Imagine Riding Inc., reserves the right to decline to accept - or to retain from further participation - any person it judges to be incapable of meeting the rigors and requirements of participating in the activities, or any person whose actions or deportment impede trip operation or the rights, welfare or enjoyment of other trip members. A refund based on cost of unused land services is the limit of responsibility of Imagine Riding Inc., Any reference herein to the limitation of Imagine Riding Inc., shall also mean that all agents, servants and employees of Imagine Riding Inc., shall have no individual liability whatsoever in connection with such specified events.
Limitation of Liability
Imagine Riding Inc. acts only as an agent for the individual tour member, and while we endeavor to make travel arrangements with reputable suppliers, Imagine Riding Inc., shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person or damage to property occasioned through negligence or default of any company or individual engaged in providing these arranged services. Each passenger conveyance, tour company, hotel accommodation, restaurant, etc. is subject to the laws of the country where the service is provided. Imagine Riding Inc. reserves the right to substitute hotels and alter itineraries when deemed necessary or advisable. The right is also reserved to cancel any trip prior to departure. Imagine Riding Inc., is released from any and all liability for cancellation of any trip, or portion thereof, except for payment of a land cost refund as set forth in the section
